Blue Shoes Honey is a family business committed to producing a superior quality, artisanal honey while treating our bees with love and respect. At a time when many businesses believe that bigger is better, our bees have taught us that small is beautiful. We plan to maintain a modest operation that serves the local community and allows us to treat our bees as partners rather than possessions. To guarantee the purity of our honey we never use synthetic chemicals or antibiotics on our bees. Our honey is cold-processed (Raw) or minimally heated (Liquid) in small batches to preserve its pollen content, unique floral character and natural enzymes.
